Hey, I'm Delphine

I have always been a big believer in the idea that the food we eat and the movements we make are at the heart of our well-being. 

In 2020, lockdown changed our lives dramatically – this gave me time to reflect on what makes me a happier human (or dolphin). I knew I needed to do something that was more meaningful to me, so I left the corporate world to instead focus on yoga and food. 

I trained as a yoga teacher and sharpened my cooking skills by becoming a chef at Mother, (a plant-based café in Hackney) and at The Dusty Knuckle Bakery (a renowned London bakery).

I now share my love for food and yoga through retreats, supper-clubs, classes, etc..
