I discovered yoga over 10 years ago, initially drawn to its physical benefits. However, I quickly realized that it was transforming my mind as much as my body. As a natural over-thinker, yoga became my anchor, helping me manage anxiety and cultivate a deeper sense of peace. This practice has been a game-changer in my life, and now I’m passionate about sharing it with others as a powerful tool for both mental and physical well-being.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2021 and now teach Vinyasa-style classes with a strong emphasis on instinctive movement. I believe yoga is for every body, and I encourage my students to move in ways that feel good for them. My classes blend Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, equipping you with tools to carry the benefits of yoga into everyday life.
